A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of the copyright or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on SoccerPassTV was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. Your counter-notice must include the following information: 

Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled. 

Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. 

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Anguilla, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person. 

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

Repeat Infringers

We take copyright infringement seriously and will terminate user accounts or block access to users who are found to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
